Strengthening Justice and Governance for a Safer Afghanistan

A strong and fair justice system is essential for peace, stability, and the protection of human rights. FTD-N has been deeply involved in designing and implementing justice sector capacity-building programs that enhance the skills of legal professionals, support survivors of gender-based violence, and increase community trust in local institutions. 

Through training workshops, awareness campaigns, and policy-focused initiatives, we aim to create a justice system that responds to the needs of ordinary Afghans with transparency and accountability. Our governance programs emphasize community participation, conflict resolution, and strengthening local leadership structures. 

By supporting both formal and informal justice mechanisms, FTD-N contributes toward building safer, more inclusive, and more resilient Afghan communities.
